About Services:
Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: We offer oncological medical consulting services (case analysis, personalized treatment, second opinion) with state-of-the-art digital assistance. These are available as three pricing plans, tailored to different needs.
Q: Who performs the medical analysis?
A: All analyses are personally performed by Dr. Onisim Florin, Chief Physician of General Oncology and Chemotherapy, with the support of an advanced, state-of-the-art digital assistance system. This site has international coverage, so we offer you the latest information on all genetic tests and targeted cancer treatments available worldwide.
The amount and complexity of information you will receive through this case analysis using advanced algorithms is comparable to the information obtained from at least 8-10 standard consultations with a primary care physician or a specialist with similar experience..
Q: Does this service replace my attending physician?
A: No. Our services offer a detailed case analysis or a second opinion and serve an informational and supportive role. We will present you with all possible treatment options for your situation. However, any treatment will only be administered with the consent of your oncologist, as they best know your overall health status, other conditions you may have, and any abnormal test results. For these reasons, the proposed treatment may need adjustments or could be postponed.
Q: Who are these services suitable for?
A: The services are intended for newly diagnosed cancer patients, those whose disease is progressing, or individuals with suspected cancer who seek guidance on necessary investigations.
Q: Can I request an anonymous analysis?
A: Yes, plans B and C allow sending medical information without personal identification data, using a pseudonym. You will only need a valid email address to receive the report.
For anonymous consultations, we recommend reading the details on the “AI Consultations” page.
Q: Can the services be reimbursed by the Romanian medical system?
A: It is important to know that the Romanian medical system may not cover some of these tests or treatments that are available in the USA or the European Union. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to first discuss this with your oncologist.
The analysis process and algorithms in next-generation digital assistance
Q: How exactly does the AI analysis work?
A: You upload your medical documents. Dr. Onisim, aided by state-of-the-art specialized digital assistance, analyzes this data, correlates it with information from updated international medical databases, and identifies the most relevant diagnostic or treatment options. The latest generation technology helps to quickly process a large volume of information and identify patterns or solutions that may be harder to spot in a standard analysis.
Q: How accurate is the AI-generated diagnosis?
A: The AI system is a highly advanced support tool, using state-of-the-art technologies, but the final decision and interpretation always belongs to Dr. Onisim. The report provides detailed insight and evidence-based options, but is not a definitive diagnosis in itself without physician validation.
Q: How long does it take to receive the response?
A: For Services A and B, the response time is usually [specify a range, e.g., 3-5 business days]. For Service C (emergency), the response is guaranteed between 2 and 24 hours, depending on the time you send the information.
Uploading documents:
Q: What kind of documents do I need to upload?
A: It is important to upload as many relevant medical documents as possible: histopathological results, immunohistochemical results, blood tests, imaging investigations (CT, MRI, PET-CT – only the written results/interpretations, not the raw images), discharge summaries, medical letters, including for other associated diseases. A more complete medical history helps ensure a more accurate analysis.
For the most accurate analysis, we encourage you to scan and send all the medical documents you possess, including discharge summaries, regardless of whether you consider them less important. Artificial intelligence can identify valuable patterns and correlations when it has a more complete set of information.
For additional details, please also consult the “AI Consultations” page where you can find all types of documents that can be uploaded.
Regardless of the situation, if you choose a service package that allows uploading 100-120 pages, send as much medical data as possible (not necessarily related to the oncological condition) for the most accurate overview.
Q: What format should the documents be in?
A: Preferably in scanned PDF format, but text documents and images can also be uploaded. Ensure that the scans are clear, legible, and complete. Handwritten documents may require additional processing and could affect the cost or response time if they are not clear.
Q: How do I scan documents correctly?
A: Use a classic scanner or mobile scanning apps (e.g., Genius Scan, Adobe Scan) set to a good resolution. Place the documents on a flat surface and ensure good lighting to avoid shadows and blurs.
Q: Is there a page limit?
A: Service A allows up to 10 pages. Services B and C allow 100-120 pages. Try to stay within these limits, prioritizing the most relevant documents.
Q: What if I have more documents than the allowed limit?
A: Please select the most important documents. If you believe it is absolutely necessary to send more, please contact us before placing the order.
Payment and Refunds:
Q: How can I pay for services?
A: Payment is made online, by bank card, through a secure payment processor, after you have completed the data and uploaded the files (or after you have completed the checkout step, according to the established flow). You can also make the payment directly by bank transfer to IBAN account RO84RNCB0085182055960001 opened at B.C.R.
Q: Do I receive an invoice?
A: Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation and an invoice to the email address provided along with the medical documents.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Please consult our dedicated “Refund and Return Policy” page for complete details. In general, given the nature of personalized consulting services, refunds are only possible under certain specific conditions, before the analysis processing begins.
Confidentiality and security:
Q: How secure is my medical data on the site?
A: We take the security of your data very seriously. We use encryption protocols (SSL) for transmitting information and appropriate security measures for storing it. Complete details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Q: Who has access to my documents?
A: Only Dr. Onisim Florin and, if applicable, authorized technical personnel for platform maintenance (under strict confidentiality agreements) have access to your information. The AI system processes the data, but human access is restricted and controlled.
Q: What happens to my data after the analysis is completed?
A: The confidentiality of your data is a priority. After Dr. Onisim completes the oncological analysis, all your medical documents and information are immediately deleted from our system. It is important to know that your personal data is NOT used to train or improve the artificial intelligence (AI) system. The role of AI is solely to search and organize relevant information from medical studies and current guidelines to identify all possible treatment options for your case.
